Our primary business involves providing personal styling services, including consultations, wardrobe assessments, personal shopping, and other styling-related services. Given the personalized nature of these services, the following terms apply:

2.1 Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our styling services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please inform us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:

  • A follow-up consultation to refine your style recommendations
  • Reassignment to another stylist who may better align with your preferences
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances

2.2 Cancellation Policy

48+ Hours Notice: For cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or payment.

24-48 Hours Notice: For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule your appointment once without additional charges.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided. However, in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may offer you the opportunity to reschedule at our discretion.

2.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." No refunds will be issued for no-shows, and any deposit or payment will be forfeited.

3. Product Purchases

In cases where we facilitate product purchases as part of our personal shopping services, the following return policies apply:

3.1 Items Purchased Through Retail Partners

Products purchased from retail partners during a personal shopping session are subject to the return policies of those specific retailers. We will inform you of these policies during your shopping session and can assist with returns if needed, but ultimate responsibility for returns lies with the retailer.

3.2 Style Accessories Sold Directly by Us

For any style accessories or products sold directly by quakiodhod (e.g., style guides, clothing care kits, accessory items):

  • 30-Day Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

4. Gift Cards and Service Packages

4.1 Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Service Packages

For pre-purchased styling service packages:

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel a service package within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services from the package have been used.
  • Partial Usage: If you've used some services in a package but wish to cancel the remainder, we will issue a partial refund for the unused services, calculated at their individual retail values (which may be higher than the package rate).
  • Validity Period: Service packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, unused services may be subject to a reactivation fee.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Stylist Cancellations

In rare cases where we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stylist illness, emergency), we will:

  • Notify you as soon as possible
  • Offer to reschedule at your convenience
  • Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible or desired
  • Offer a 10% discount on your rescheduled service as compensation for the inconvenience

5.2 Force Majeure

In the event that either party is unable to perform its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform. In such circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds.
